(Mr. Simpson goes to a travel agency. He is asking a travel agent for some advice about his summer holiday.)
Travel agent: Good morning. Very hot today, isn't it? What can I do for you?
Mr. Simpson: Good morning. I've come for some advice. I think it's time to fix up my family's summer holiday. We can't decide where to go.
Travel agent: Very sensible of you to come in now. We've already made lots of bookings and we're getting busier all the time.
Mr. Simpson: We've watched lots of television travel programs and looked at hundreds of travel brochures-and asked our friends. But we still can't make up our minds where to go. That's just the trouble. None of us wants the same kind of holiday. There are us and a teenage son and daughter. We all want a different kind of holiday.
Travel agent: What about separate holidays? We arrange very attractive group holidays for teenagers.
Mr. Simpson: No, I don't think that would do. We're an old-fashioned family and we'd like to have a family holiday together.
