Hello this is Richard in IT. It's about the application of that new graduate which Michael sent over. Can I have a word with him.

Sorry Richard, he won't be in until tomorrow. But you can leave him a message.

Thanks, I'm afraid I've got a problem with the application form. Rufusl has downed his diploma in IT at the local college, but he hasn't filled in the section on references.

I really need to speak to his tutor. Can Machael get hold of the contact details for him.

His telephone number or email will do.

OK. Is that all then.

I also need to know when Machael has scheduled him for interview. I think it might be tomorrow but I'm not sure. If it is tomorrow, has somebody confirmed that with Rufusl because when I spoke to him briefly yesterday, he didn't seem to know anything about it.

Well I'll be in a meeting for the rest of the day, so leave me a message about tomorrow, and someone had better ring Rufusl in telling him he has an interview and let me know how long he thinks it will take, I'm pretty busy.
